Apply once for a trade credit line, order from verified Chinese suppliers, pay a 20% deposit to confirm, and settle the 80% balance 60 to 90 days later. The factory is paid 100% upfront, so production starts straight away and your working capital stays in your business.

No. Jinport is a wholesale marketplace, not a lender, and it does not lend money, provide credit, or arrange finance in its own right. Your trade credit line is provided by Jiashan Luoxing Wenxing Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd (Jiashan), the supply chain company that buys from the factory and supplies your goods on deferred payment terms. You buy the goods on supply terms; there is no loan and no consumer credit.

Wholesale businesses importing goods from China. Jinport is open to buyers in the United States, Europe, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Business use only, not available to individuals.

Goods are supplied by verified Chinese suppliers. Your trade credit line is provided by Jiashan Luoxing Wenxing Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd, which pays your factory 100% upfront and supplies the goods to you on the deposit and balance terms shown on each order.

Jiashan operates in cooperation with ZIB China (zibchina.com) on the supply chain behind Jinport. Chinese factories are paid 100% upfront on every confirmed order, which is why production starts immediately and suppliers carry no receivables.

A 4.5% service fee is added to your order value first. For a US$100 order, that is US$4.50, bringing your total to US$104.50. You then pay 20% of that total as your deposit within 14 days of accepting your quotation, and the remaining 80% is carried on your trade credit line with Jiashan and settled over your agreed term. For new orders, pay your deposit and upload your receipt within 14 days of accepting your quotation. We send reminders as the deadline approaches. If no payment or receipt is received, our team reviews the order for cancellation. Existing orders keep the deadline shown on the order.

Order value: US$100. Service fee (4.5%): US$4.50. Total: US$104.50. Your deposit (20% of US$104.50): US$20.90. Balance on your trade credit line (80% of US$104.50): US$83.60, settled over the 60 to 90 days set by your shipping terms. On CIF, estimated freight and insurance to your port are added to the order value before the fee and split are calculated.

Your shipping basis sets your settlement term. On CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) the supplier ships to your port and your balance is due 60 days from the day your goods arrive at your destination port. On Ex Works (EXW) you collect from the factory and arrange your own freight and insurance, and your balance is due 90 days starting the day after the factory confirms your goods are ready for collection. You choose the basis on each order.

One or more years of trading and trading now, a clear credit history with no bankruptcy, administration or tax debts, your website and a company profile in PDF or PowerPoint. If you have under 3 years of trading, supporting information such as financials, bank statements or customer contracts is required. You also give us a short business overview, your China supplier's details and your planned imports. You apply once to open your trade credit line. Applications are assessed by Jiashan, our partner in China, under the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Due to demand, processing times may vary. Trade credit lines are available from US$40,000 onwards. Approval confirms your trade credit line. The deposit, balance and settlement terms for each order are set out in Jiashan's trade terms, which come with every quotation.

No. There is no minimum order, so you can start small to build confidence and scale your volume over time. Trade credit line applications are accepted from US$40,000.

Yes. Add your supplier is available in your dashboard once you have submitted your credit application. We hold your proposal until your credit line is approved, then verify the supplier before you can order from them.

Your credit assessment details are shared with Jiashan Luoxing Wenxing Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd, our co-operative supply chain partner, which provides your trade credit line, solely to assess and facilitate your transaction.

Yes. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and multi-factor authentication. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

No. We only share information with the parties involved in facilitating your transaction, with our service providers, or where the law requires it.

A 4.5% service fee on your order value, added before your deposit and balance are calculated. Any other fees are disclosed upfront, on the platform or in Jiashan's trade terms on your quotation, before you incur them.

Every order receives a final quotation and Jiashan's invoice for you to accept. After acceptance, pay using the bank details on Jiashan's invoice for both the deposit and balance. Your payment page shows the accepted invoice, order number as the payment reference and amount due now. Upload each transfer receipt in Jinport. For older orders without an invoice in the dashboard, use the invoice Jiashan sent you, or contact us.

No. There is no property security and no personal guarantee required. Your approved trade credit line is based on your business and trading profile.

Settling the balance closes out that order and frees the amount back up on your trade credit line, so you can use it again for new orders.

Settlement terms, including what happens if a payment is missed, are set out in Jiashan's trade terms, which come with each quotation, not in these general terms. Balances fall due on the date shown on each order regardless of customs clearance timing, so have your import documentation ready.

Yes, if we reasonably suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or a breach of our Terms. We will always aim to give notice where we can.
